Tahiti

Na een vlucht van bijna 4000 mijl konden we er niet aan ontkomen, gisteren zijn we aangekomen op het prachtige Tahiti. Maar dat betekent ook dat wij nu fysiek in contact komen met de gevolgen van Corona. Alhoewel het aantal besmettingen hier nog minimaal is, moeten we toch even wennen aan het zien van caissières met mondkapjes én lasmaskers, politie controles die vragen waar je heen gaat en personeel dat alles ontsmet wat we heb aangeraakt. Voor jullie wellicht gesneden koek, wij moeten nog even wennen. Zeker na 2 maanden op zee! Maar het voelt ook goed om vaste grond onder de voeten te hebben én zelden zo goed geslapen als vannacht!
